Episode 14: Jesh de Rox
That brooding gaze. That elf-like visage. Those deep, philosophical thoughts. Jesh de Rox has all the makings of a quintessential artiste. Although he looks like he’s barely out of his teens, he’s a devoted husband and as of yesterday, became father to his second beautiful child. But don’t let his young appearance fool you. (According to his blog profile, he’s 251 years old. His MySpace page says he’s 100. Maybe he really is an elf, in a Tolkien sort of way). Jesh is a man beyond his years, in both thought and talent. My interview with him is one of my favorite thus far. In this episode, among other thought-provoking topics, Jesh talks about his inspiration, and the freedom childhood, and our need to re-embrace that freedom. Enjoy.
